Knowing how to practice yoga during your monthly cycle can generate balance, strength, energy, and confidence. This workshop will examine how to best practice yoga during menstruation as well as just before and after. We will explore how yoga can alleviate symptoms such as cramps and bloating. Learn how you can feel more balanced during the cycle: foster well-being, health, and calm. The Wisdom of Ayurveda and menstruation will also be discussed. Highly recommended workshop for mothers and daughters.
