Meditation is more than just quiet time. It is a daily encounter with your true self, and nothing can be more meditative then the time you take with your food.
How can we better nourish our our minds and bodies through the way we eat? This workshop will give you the opportunity to learn more about your relationship with food and experience an eating meditation based on the healing science of Ayurveda (organic blueberries will be provided for the meditation!)
