FounderFalli Shah is an advanced Pranic Healer. She is also a Reiki Master, Esthetician, and founder of Seventh Wonder Day Spa, which has been voted the #1 Best Day Spa in Jacksonville (2016 Folio Weekly's Best of Jax).
She has obtained a degree in Psychology from Gujarat University in India, Cosmetology (Women’s World International), Pranic Healing (Basic & Advanced), Crystal Therapy, Arhatic Yoga, and Access Consciousness Bars practitioner. Falli specializes in non-invasive work to aid the body as a whole. Trained in Native India, she strives to bring India’s culture to the states. Falli believes that by using ancient and modern techniques to restore the flow of vital life energy can help the body to heal itself.
In 2012, Falli was the recipient of the Hands on Jacksonville Award for her stellar community work. On the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month, Falli also hosts a Twin Hearts Meditation with Pranic Healing for the community.

Elizabeth received her RYT Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification 240 hours with Highest Distinction from Himalayan Yoga Academy, Rishikesh, India. She was bestowed the title of Yoga Acharya at her RYT 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teachers’ Training Course in Hatha Yoga at Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham in Kerala, India.
At Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Kerala, India, Elizabeth completed Primary Awareness Course in Ayurveda and an Intensive Training Program on Ayurvedic Diet and Women Care, learning theoretical and practical aspects.
She has recieved a certification in ministry of AYUSH; Government of India and also completed Yoga Nidra teacher training through Yoga Vidya Gurukul.
She has been practicing yoga since 2004. Her study, practice, life experience and yoga masters have guided her toward sharing Yoga and Ayurveda with others. Through an integrative approach, she seeks to link the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda as a way to create and maintain balance in each individual.

Julissa graduated from Alpha School of Massage soon after, where she found her passion for the desire to aid others in finding peace through therapeutic massage. She specializes in cupping, hot stone, bamboo, and other relaxing modalities. Other passions consist of yoga and furthering her therapy education in which she will soon be able to provide energy work.
